Building global partnerships and new market entry
I had the pleasure of working with a senior leader at a Big 4 accounting firm who was keen to link the synergies between the London and Dubai arbitration centres. It was exciting to introduce this leader to many of my existing UAE based relationships as well as new ones. Over the course of three days, I introduced the leader to 9 targeted law firms (21 senior dispute lawyers). We uncovered approximately £550k in new revenue opportunities and we were asked to submit a proposal for £65k the same week. We not only won that proposal but we also generated over a £1.3m in new revenue over the next 9 months with another seven figures in the pipeline for the next year.
