“Over the course of my career, I have watched companies and individuals on the cusp of incredible growth fail to achieve their goals not for lack of trying but because they were unable to make the appropriate connection at the right place and time. Far too often all that is required is identifying the nuance of a situation – a slight shift with a new perspective – in order to achieve equilibrium. I believe the backbone of success is restoring and maintaining balance in business, life, mind, body and wellbeing.”

Dr. Klaudia Raczko, MD PGDip MSc AMFCP…Functional Medicine
“Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease.” “It is more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has…”Hippocrates
Whilst Dr. Klaudia Raczko trained as a conventional medical doctor and worked in Accidents & Emergencies in London. Despite the great medical training, she did not learn how to create health. Her medical training focused on how to diagnose and manage diseases. In her heart, “Dr. Klaudia” knew that something essential was missing. There was not enough time to listen and ask patients questions.
As she says, “I spent a long time trying to fit into conventional medicine, nutrition, mental health, lifestyle medicine, alternative therapies but everything felt uncomfortable. There was a focus on the physical body but not on emotional health, emotional health but not soul, soul but no physical body. And, we consist of all of these aspects.”
Functional Medicine instantly resonated with her. It views the patient as a whole – mind, body, emotions, and soul. It is a powerful blend of all aspects of health. Her medical training allows Dr. Radczko to combine science with the body’s inner ability to heal — the perfect combination of Western approach with Eastern philosophy. Dr. Raczko’s clients receive bespoke treatment based on their needs. There is no single prescription that can solve all problems. Nothing is perfect and without flaws.

Susan De Fazio is an expert in business growth, values, workforce planning and engagement. With more than 25 years of experience, she focuses on how HR can contribute to making meaningful impacts and how organisations treat people with fairness and respect. A leading light in the world of the people business, Susan leads an entrepreneurial movement focussed on the diagnosing the state of the overall organisation using cutting-edge organisational tools.
Her team has given a lot of thought to how our world of work is developing to include how individuals and organisations are required to think and operate differently. For instance, the “World of Work” model improves an organisation’s focus and solutions.
The model consists of complimentary elements. When the elements work together well, they promote a well-functioning and interconnected healthy system. When they don’t work well or weakness or miss-alignment are evident, the purpose of the organisation is at risk and performance outcomes are negatively affected. In other words, it’s an unhealthily organizational system in need of care.
Susan’s expertise, approach and methods included in her strategic workforce planning toolkit collectively create advantage for those who are responsible for their systems running efficiently and effectively.
She is a member and trainer for Human Capital Institute.
